Welcome to Woodappliques.com.  By visiting our website and purchasing our embossed wood appliques, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

This website is operated by Woodappliques.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Woodappliques.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Product Descriptions & Natural Wood Variations

We try to be as accurate as possible in describing and photographing our embossed wood appliques. However, because wood is a natural material, please note:

·     Grain and Color: Every piece of wood is unique. Variations in wood grain, knots, and natural color are normal and are not considered defects.  Appliques are sent unfinished and may require some sanding to clean up edges and smooth rough spots.

·     Embossing: Due to the embossing process and the variable density of the wood, slight variations in texture and depth may occur.  There may be some cases where there are splits in the face veneer due to the embossing.  This is not considered a defect and can be remedied by light sanding or using wood filler.

·     Sizing: Measurements are approximate and may vary by a few millimeters.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD, $, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We accept payments through Shopify’s secure checkout using  Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within 5 business days of receipt.  We will notify you if it will take longer than that.  Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged Items

Wood appliques can sometimes be fragile during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@woodappliques.com within 7 days of delivery.

·     Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item(s).

·     Because of the low cost of our items, we do not typically require you to ship damaged items back to us. Once verified via photo, we will happily at our option either send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged piece.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products in general are not returnable.  Should you need to return an item for some reason please email us at info@woodappliques.com for a return authorization.  Returns must meet the following conditions:

·     Unaltered Condition: Items must be in their original, raw condition. We cannot accept returns on appliques that have been painted, stained, sanded, glued, cut, or altered in any way.

·     Return Shipping: Because our items are priced very affordably, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

·     Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items to your original payment method.

7. DIY Use & Limitation of Liability

Our wood appliques are sold as decorative components. Woodappliques.com is not responsible for how you choose to install, finish, or use our products.

·     We are not liable for any damage caused to your furniture, walls, or cabinets during the application or removal of our wood appliques.

·     Please use appropriate safety gear when sanding, cutting, gluing, or staining our products. Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product photos, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of woodappliques.com and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA.
